What is your general returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@faithfuel.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will need to send the items at your own cost, we cannot unfortunately pay for any shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed upon receiving the return back at our warehouse and will take 7 working days to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

What do I do if my product is damaged or has issues?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you accept exchanges?

We currently don't offer exchanges, however, if you are unhappy with your product, it arrived damage or have any other concerns, please email us at contact@faithfuel.co.uk

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long will it take to get my refund?

If a return is accepted you will recieve a refund in 10 business days. If after 15 days you have not recieved a refund, please contact us. Please note refunds vary bank to bank in processing time.

Is there any exceptions to your return policy?

We cannot accept returns on opened items due to health and safety.

Unfortunately, we also cannot refund gift cards.

Are you halal certified?

Absolutely, we are a Muslim brand, operated by Muslims and we are fully Halal Certified.

When will I get my order and what are your shipping costs?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.99 or FREE on Orders Over £30

We aim to ship out all orders placed before 1pm on the same working day**, while any orders placed after 1pm are not guaranteed to leave us the same working day and are likely to be shipped the following working day. Working day delivery is Monday to Friday. We aim to deliever your order in 2-3 business days.

**Fulfilment times may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter or Black Friday Sales.**

Of course, just cancel on your account dashboard.
